Returns & Refunds

Made to order

All prints are produced individually to order. As each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or defective orders

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@evarendlstudio.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our print lab and shipping partner.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time production will have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
